Defining Your Goals

What is your one goal, your one big dream you are willing to achieve and experience?

What are you willing to change to grow for?

You have to be clear on this, or long term change will not be likely.

Once this is determined, all instructions presented will be in connection with reaching this goal or dream.

We can’t give what we don’t have. We must cultivate the health and wellbeing within ourselves before we can be of use to others. Only when we have a healthy relationship with ourselves, then we can expect to have healthy relationships with others.

Why is change so hard for people, even when they want to change?

Why are old habits so hard to change?

What problem, symptom or habit is stopping you from doing what needs to be done to achieve your dream?

Change takes energy and commitment!

For everlasting change, you must establish a good motive, a dream that is worth experiencing and expressing.

What do you love enough to change for?

Avoid ruminating on what you don’t have! That just energizes old pathways and roots you in the past.

Celebrate what you do have! Know that joy is in the journey of “becoming”. Not just crossing the finish line.

Become a living example of what is possible when you set your mind to it!

Commitment is better when your goals are your own! Achieving goals under pressure or influence by others, or even false goals, increases the risk of non-completion or burnout.

What do you dream about?

What makes you feel good?

What gives you a sense of purpose?

What are you passionate about?

What people would you surround yourself with?

What are your values?

These are all things I go through in my HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACHING.

People don’t realize they have the power to do much more, be bigger and better. But most of the time, life just gets in the way and we fall in line with the narrative.

Everyday, the devil has instilled his little demons in us, keeping us down. Not supporting us to reach our goals and dreams.

Kick those demons to the curb!
