The Strong Body Strong Mind - Manifesto
„Do every act of your life as if it were your last.“
– Marcus Aurelius
Strong Body Strong Mind is a philosophy. A conviction. A lifestyle.
It’s about taking responsibility for yourself and your life and for the choices you make.
Every person has something special. Something that no one can take away from us and that we should never give up on.
And that is our free will.
The free will to make decisions independently.
To have no external influences take power over our mind.
Making the decision for what is best for our health, what books we should read and having control of the course of our lives.
We do not take on victim roles, do not blame others, and do not complain that we are oppressed in any way.
We do not claim entitlement to any support, neither from the state nor from anyone.
We firmly believe that everyone has a right to free speech and are against the shutdown and elimination of other opinions and beliefs and the degradation of one group over another.
We do not hide or apologize for our opinions and beliefs. Our goal is not to be liked or loved. We want to be respected.
We do not submit to any ideology that misrepresents, miseducates or misleads us.
We consider it our duty to help the weaker ones and disadvantaged in life and to stand up for their rights and well-being.
We are against any form of hatred, tyranny, oppression and violence.
We firmly believe that when we become the best, strongest and healthiest version we can be, physically and mentally, we help make the world a better place.
And it all starts with ourselves.
