Just because someone is not sick does not mean they are healthy!

Our body is part of a whole system! And every person is different. Therefore there is no “one size fits all” approach. There is no one diet for everyone! There is not the optimal training program for everyone! Every person is an individual. Everyone reacts differently to stress. Some endure more, some less. You will learn how disease and stress can be prevented through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and different and appropriate variations of exercise. Most chronic diseases take years to develop. A healthy lifestyle can massively counteract this.

With the help of several questionnaires and assessments I will gain deep insights into your current situation and get a picture of any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. Through continuous feedback I will help you understand the root causes of your problem and teach you how to improve yourself in every way in this regard.

What is your goal or what do you want to achieve? The core of our coaching is finding out what your goal is and to develop a strategic implementation and execution plan to achieve that goal. The philosophy I want to spread is that every person should have a goal, a dream, a passion in his life. Something that gives him some form of structure. A meaning. A calling. And to arrive at your goal, no matter what it looks like, two things are critically important: First, you have to give your body the nutrients and the energy it needs and secondly, you must have the right mental attitude to be healthy and satisfied with yourself.

You can see it more and more with people who are only fixated on work, career and consumption, who do not have the right values and are not in harmony with themselves. Many experience at some point a complete breakdown, whether physical or mental. It’s just a question of time. Heart attacks, high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue or even “burn-out” are something that today have become more a rule than an exception.

Dissatisfaction with oneself is also very often a trigger for problems in interpersonal relationships.

We cannot give what we do not have. If we are not at peace with, do not love, do not do the best for our health and do not put ourselves first, we project this onto others in our immediate environment. We must always be a role model for the people who are close to us.

I will help you develop a healthy level of ambition, give you the drive to achieve something great, reinforce your belief in yourself so that you remain focused along your path and we will balance all of this with healthy eating in harmony with your natural Primal Pattern© Type.

Part of our focus will be on the importance of adequate rest and time out. Rest is an essential factor that contributes to success. It is very important to unwind from time to time and to “switch off” occasionally.

If you are under a lot of stress in some areas of your life, we will work together to reduce this stress. Stress is energy-consuming and one of the major causes of disease. Indeed, a certain amount of stress is healthy and even necessary for life. Too much stress is the opposite. I will introduce you to a series of energy-building breathing exercises to start the day invigorated and to bring your focus on yourself and your goal.

Other things we will address are hormonal regulation and digestive issues, something that unfortunately receives far too little attention in this day and age.

In all other areas of life where you need advice and support, I am there for you, to offer you the best possible help that I can give you. But I will certainly also come to a point, with certain difficult cases, where I probably will not have a solution. In such cases I am open and transparent and I will help you find a professional who is qualified to address your problem. But the experience says that very often it is fundamental basics that we need to put in order in our lives, such as nutrition, sleep, exercise and mental attitude, so that we can reach complete satisfaction and be on the way to achieving our destiny.

Before our coaching really takes off, there will be a first Qualification meeting that will take place in which everything relevant will be discussed. As I mentioned before, my coaching is not for everyone. I have to be convinced from the beginning that you really need my help and I have to make sure that I am someone who can help and also, I have to see do you even have the will to make a change. For the completion of the questionnaires I set a lead time of two weeks and this takes place via the online platform PTEnhance. All questionnaires are available in English.
