Since I have had Coach Miki in my life, almost everything has changed fundamentally. For years I suffered from insomnia, weight fluctuations, depression, harmful eating behaviors, mood swings and back pain. Miki is much, much more than just a fitness coach! He literally got into my personality and managed to reach me on a very deep level. With empathy, sound education and empirical data, he brought me to my individual method and helped me correct my deficiencies in many areas. With his help, I feel comfortable in my body again, more confident, full of energy, have increased testosterone levels, a libido like a bull and much more joy in life. I have also resolved to break out of this hamster wheel mindset that so many of us are caught in. I learned about Miki and his concept Strong Body Strong Mind through a friend who was impressed by the approach and who was very helped by the coach's program tailored for him. Because of my office job, which I have been doing for several years, I had to lose some of my flexibility and my body was hurting here and there, so I decided to contact Coach Miki. I had already been treated by several physiotherapists and sports physicians, but I was dissatisfied with the fact that they only looked at individual areas and worked in a very "specialized" way. Here at Strong Body Strong Mind the whole picture is considered. First of all, my own habits such as diet, exercise, posture and mental well-being were analyzed in great detail in questionnaires and then, based on the answers, Miki developed a program tailored to my personal needs. Not a standard one like the personal trainer next door, but really tailored to my body and my existing deficits, and also so that it could be integrated into my weekly routine. Already after two weeks of doing the exercises 2-3 times a week I could see a significant improvement in my mobility and after 4 weeks I could clearly see better posture in everyday positions (like sitting at a desk or similar). Since then I have been doing the exercises every week and also trying to optimize things like diet, habits etc. Miki has helped me improve my outlook on life and focus more on myself and my health again.
But what appealed to me the most is the direct way this coaching is approached. Miki "forces" you, so to speak, to question some fundamental things, whether the current life situation actually corresponds to your own ideas, whether the path you have taken is also the path you want to take. Since the beginning of our coaching together, for example, I watch much less TV and don't want to waste my time in this passive way and work focused on my self-employed side business and have set goals that I want to achieve in the next few years.
And so I've come full circle and feel much better and stronger holistically. My diet fits, my training is personalized to me and I am more disciplined and focused than ever before. In addition, Miki requires weekly check-ups to see if I am actually doing the work expected. The whole concept and approach is definitely a "game changer"!
